On May 5, 2023, a very significant and important event took place: our Rotary Club, together with the regional authorities, leaders of law enforcement agencies of the Kharkiv region and friends from other territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, laid a new Victory Avenue in the suburban village of Tsirkuny, which was badly damaged during the Russian occupation and was released exactly one year ago.
Our club took the initiative to plant a new linden alley and supported it in every way: organizationally, personnel and financially. The laying of the new alley was dedicated to the celebration of the new Circus Day in 2023. We are glad to help our friends from Tsyrkuny and together with dozens of colleagues to create for the sake of recovery and development of Kharkiv region and Ukraine.
Next, we jointly develop the concept of a new gymnasium in Tsirkuny, which will be a decoration of the Kharkiv region and Ukraine.
