On May 3, 2023, a memorandum on in-depth cooperation and partnership was finally signed between Rotary-Renaissance RK and the Tsirkuny local community, which is currently represented by the Tsirkuny military administration, which operates during wartime in Ukraine since 2022.
This memorandum finally documented those many years of good and hard-working relations between our leaders and activists, who have been planning and starting to implement joint economic and strategic projects since 2017 and especially – in early 2022 before the war.
There is a lot of recovery activities ahead. Bit a core of it will be, we are all convinced, a completely new and modern gymnasium as a certain “oasis” for the development of children, for accumulation of “identity capital” of adults and children etc. Its unique human-centric idea can be realized only in a networking manner with European municipalities. By the way, the brave concept of this gymnasium has already been drafted and was preliminarily presented in March 2023 personally in Tsirkuny.
Let’s move on and gather around us new healthy initiatives and resource teams – for the reconstruction and modernization of Ukraine and Kharkiv Oblast.
